Parking Panda App Reviews

This is must have app for anyone that drives into downtown areas. I use it every time I go to Baltimore and DC, from going to shows with my husband to dinner with my friends. This is really a must have app, love that I never have to worry about parking. Also their customer service is great if you ever need them!

I used the app the first time recently. It seemed ok initially but it wouldnt find a parking spot within 1/2 mile of my destination. I even had problems accessing that place. Then, they wouldnt even credit me when I complained.

Who knew there were so many ways a parking reservation could go wrong? First of all, on the description page of what youre buying it mentions NOTHING about "no reentry," it is not until you have already selected to purchase it that a tiny little disclaimer is inconspicuously put on the page. Then, when we got to the parking garage the $55 pass didnt even work. After 20 minutes of trying to get it to work we were greeted by convention center staff who HATE THE PANDA PARKING SYSTEM themselves and cant help but show their frustrations. We placed our first call to Parking Panda after we had to get a separate ticket to get entry to the garage. Parking Panda assured us that they would call the convention center and then call us back-- but, that NEVER HAPPENED. Then, when we were leaving we again got stuck for another 25 minutes trying to get out & were forced to pay another $30 because the Parking Panda pass again DID NOT WORK. So, we called back and got Kara. Kara, who either has no customer service training or is ill-equipped by the Parking Panda company to provide quality customer service, did NOTHING for us but did say her supervisor would call us back. Folks-- that was FIVE DAYS AGO & neither the first or second call have been returned. No refund issued. Nothing. Save yourself the stress and just park conventionally. This is an absolute SCAM.

Got an address that took me nowhere, had to drive around for about 10 mins only to find another garage in that same street and block for half the price of what I paid Panda for (Downtown Miami). Panda couldnt be bothered to stand behind their service and issue a refund. I only got a Panda credit for that amount. Great app concept, poorly executed in my opinion/first and last experience.

Whats the point of using an app to make a reservation when the reservation is not honored. I went to the White House Easter Egg roll and reserved a spot at a garage. I showed up at 1pm at my garage at 1220 E Street, waited 15 minutes and was finally told the garage was full. I told them i had a prepaid reservation and he told me he did not care, they had no room. Doesnt parking panda screen the garages they work with? Spent the next half hour driving around to find a parking spot. Even the spots that parking panda showed as having space had signs out that they were full. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

I have severe anxiety issues and parking is one of the worst triggers. Ever since I started using parking panda it has been a godsend. Never having to worry about having a reserved space and knowing its very reasonably priced is amazing! I highly recommend using whenever you have to park anywhere.

It seems fine. It does what it says, but thats also it. It cant even update the map location as you change the focus and theres not even a button to refresh so you are left having to enter a destination by the address input field, which is pretty annoying and a rather basic missing feature.
