It was a horrible experience. I used the app to book appointment for a concert, it was the first time I had used it and it was not very user friendly. After I booked the appointment the app showed a QR code and said nothing about having to print out and display. When I get to the parking garage their is no where to scan the QR code only an option to pay and display. I call the customer service number and they say "oh we send out QR codes for all of our reservations, the confirmation email says you have to print and display". I ask him why would I read confirmation email when Im using the app and it sent me a QR code. If something has a QR code I assume I can scan when I get there, otherwise there is no purpose sending one. I told him I didnt not want to pay twice for the same reservation and he said all he could do is issue a credit as the reservation had already started. To top it all off, the pay and display at event was only $10 and I paid $15.50 for the reservation. The lot was fairly empty so no need for gouging people. I am not a happy customer, I believe in this situation I should have recieved a refund back to my credit card.
