Parking Panda App Reviews

I have used parking panda in San Francisco many times and couldnt be more satisfied. But more than that, their customer service is exemplary! They replied almost immediately (and it was after hours) to a problem I had (which was my mistake) and I was delighted with their response. I plan on using parking panda whenever I need parking in the city!

This app really makes it easy to find parking and at lower prices.

Tried multiple times to put in a future date and get parking options and the date keeps hanging and no options are presented.

I use this app to purchase parking because it doesn’t make sense for me to have a monthly parking pass for work. Its also nice to pay less at a garage vs. the worrying about the meters.

Its a great app for anyone who loves paying twice for parking. Scanners have a very difficult time reading the QR code. Ive purchased parking through the app three times but never successfully used the code to enter a garage and had to get a ticket instead each time. I have been able to use the QR code upon exit, so I know Im doing it right, but if you didnt use it to enter you still have to use the ticket to leave. Then Parking Panda asks you to email in a receipt to get a refund. Garbage app doesnt work. Would give zero stars if I could. Deleting from my phone.

I used it only once annikl use this app again. I live in a city and its perfect! Also accepts Apple Pay which is SUPER convenient

The ease of booking was great. No hassle entry to a crowded venue. A pleasure to park using this app. Highly recommended.

The rate via parking panda $16.50 , rate at the facility is $12.00 , thats a 38% mark up ... no thanks ..... the convenience is not worth that

This app is very easy to use and helped me to find the closest parking to my destination. The reserved parking was most helpful as the ramp was full.

I prepaid for my spot. When I arrived, no spot was available. Panda will issue you a credit, not a refund, and the credit doesnt even include their fee. They keep that.

Liked that I could guarantee a spot and look at the facilities ahead of the Vikings game. That said, neither the car in front of me nor I could get the exit meter to read the code. Took several extra minutes w/ a service to get us out of the lot.

I signed up to try Parking Panda with a $5 credit that showed applied at checkout, but then they charged my credit card anyway. Someone else in our group said they experienced the same thing. I emailed and called customer service and you could sum up their response in one word- "tough!" There customer disservice policy is to not issue refunds once a reservation is complete. Wow! What a terrible experience. Last time using them!
