Love the fact that we can go into SF and not have to stress about where to park. No hassles ever finding a a covered spot near our destination. I highly recommend!

...Big Savings. Getting the lots entry gate to accept the barcode from my voucher was cumbersome, but otherwise great experience with this app and will definitely use it again.

I feel like the customer service is better with Spot Hero, as well as their policies. Parking Panda will still charge you, if you by chance, find street parking and no longer need the parking spot. Spot Hero understands this dichotomy and will gladly refund you, if you are lucky enough to find street parking in the city. Makes me feel like a winner - and created a loyal customer. Bye bye Panda.

Best way to secure parking!!

Great parking. The only issue was no one was at the entrance and I had to go looking for the attendant to get a parking pass.

Parking Panda made it really easy to find rates for different parking garages in the city. You pay for your reserved spot and get a QR code that makes it fast and easy to scan in and out of the garage. I even arrived earlier than my reserved time and it still worked. Definitely using this app again in the future.

Was horrified to learn after carefully planning and reserving the perfect spot that the parking lot was closed when I arrived. A security guard met me at the lot and told me it was closed and only open for employees of the building. I prepaid $30 to park there through parking panda. The security guard told me I should be happy they were closed because they only charge $8 to park there even when they are opened!! The only saving grace was that I was able to find another lot a few blocks away where I paid $5 for all day parking for my event at the Coliseum! Now I have to wait 3-5 days for parking panda to refund me for their error! TERRIBLE 1st experience and I wouldnt trust them again.

Very easy to use. Great prices. Great locations. I live in the suburbs and use Parking Panda whenever I come in to downtown Chicago.

I use this app a lot when driving into Washington DC, Boston, and New York. You can choose different prices, times, and locations. I LOVE not driving all over to find parking. Keep up the good work.

Their posted locations are general guesses. If there is a cheaper lot further away from your destination that is where you will end up. They will not tell you this until the day before the event. Update: gave the service another shot only to be rejected from entering the parking lot even when I presented the QR code.

I would give it zero stars if I could. First time I tried to use it the attendant gave me a blank stare. None of the Valets had ever even heard of Parking Panda. Luckily they still had spaces but the on site rate was twice what I already paid Parking Panda.

Parking Panda is my go-to parking app for trips to Laker games, nights out on the town, etc. They seem to have the best pricing with the downtown LA parking lots when Ive compared to other apps and Ive always had a positive experience. I guess that makes me a Panda!

Used this app quite a few times and it works well for me. No issues with the places I picked from the app to park and I also save some money by using this app. I live in the city so finding parking for events can be a hassle, this app greatly reduces the hassle.

Other than yesterday, weve not had a problem reserving a parking spot...

App description says I can find parking almost anywhere in the US and Canada. I tried Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver but found nothing... App might be great in some cities, but dont mislead users by claiming something that is not true.

I love that this app lets me comparison shop for parking, and eliminates any stresses about paying for it.

It crashes every time I try to open it.
