Garbage app doesnt work

Its a great app for anyone who loves paying twice for parking. Scanners have a very difficult time reading the QR code. Ive purchased parking through the app three times but never successfully used the code to enter a garage and had to get a ticket instead each time. I have been able to use the QR code upon exit, so I know Im doing it right, but if you didnt use it to enter you still have to use the ticket to leave. Then Parking Panda asks you to email in a receipt to get a refund. Garbage app doesnt work. Would give zero stars if I could. Deleting from my phone.
